Step-by-step guide on how to share videos in Teacherspace

It’s easy to share videos with others in Teacherspace, whether you're sharing with a few people or a whole group. This guide will show you exactly how to share your videos and make them accessible to a group.

1. Go to Videos

Once logged in, find the Videos tab in the main menu on the left side. Here are all your videos. Click on Videos to open your video library.

2. Select the video you want to share

To share a video, simply find it in your video library and click on it to select it.

Note: Please note that you can only share videos you have recorded.

3. Click the Share button

Once you have selected your video, click the Share button at the top right corner of the screen.

Note: You will only see the Share button on videos you have uploaded yourself. If someone else has shared the video with you, you cannot share it again.

4. Choose who you want to share the video with

When you click the Share button, a menu opens. Here you select who should be able to see your video.

Clicking a name or group will share the video with that person or group.

  • Enter names or emails: You can type in the names or email addresses of the people you want to share the video with.

  • Share with a group: If you have already created a group (e.g., "5th Grade"), you can select the group from the list. Everyone in the group will get access to the video.

  • Share with the entire organization: You can also choose to share the video with everyone in your organization by using the toggle option.

See who the video is already shared with:
The menu also shows who the video is already shared with. If you want to change this, you can remove people or groups from the list.
