About the School Prompt and the First Version

The school prompt is added to the “system prompt” that is included in all chats for the entire school.

When you become a Teacherspace customer, we first generate a school prompt for you based on the information on your website and what you have told us in conversations.

You can delete or edit this first version as you wish.

How to Access Your School Prompt

  1. Click the icon with your initials in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Click your school’s name (which has a gear icon).

! If you don’t see the gear icon and your school’s name, it means you do not have an administrator role. If you believe you should have this role, please contact [email protected]

How the School Prompt Works

You can create different versions of the school prompt. This way, you can keep earlier versions in case you want to revert to something that worked well before.

Each version can be created or deleted.
