What to do
Please follow this guide if you have a video that's stuck during upload:
Close the app and reopen it. Do not uninstall the app. Check if the upload continues.
If it doesn't continue uploading, press 'restart upload'. Check if that solved the issue.
If the issue persists, please go to settings (the small cog wheel icon in the bottom right corner) and press 'Send logs'. Then we can investigate why this is happening.
Get the video out in an alternative way
If you're still able to play the video in the app, you can always make a screen recording and upload it manually as described here. If you write to us in our help section, we can assist you with making the screen recording. Please follow step 3 above -> Settings -> 'Send logs' to get this help.
